What are the payment terms?

Depending on the project, there may be some setup fees involved, but generally, there are no setup fees to get started. Your first month will require 30 days of advance payment. After that, you’ll be invoiced on a monthly basis with payment due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.


What are the accepted forms of payment?

Due to internationally increased Credit Card fraud, we only accept bank transfers.


How quickly can my virtual employee start? What’s the lead time?

A virtual employee can begin working for you in as little as a week’s time. How long it takes will partly depend on the client, who ultimately decides whom to interview and then hire among the candidates we pre-screen and recommend.


Do you charge for recruitment?

Do I manage my virtual employee?

We will manage the employee for you and take full legal responsibility for the employee for you. But you have full access to this person without needing to go through our team. We will work with you to train and manage your requirements on a day-to-day basis.


Do I have direct communication with my virtual employee?

Yes, you can directly communicate with your virtual employee as often as you like. You may choose how to communicate with them, whether that’s via email, phone, instant message, Zoom, or Skype. We will set up whatever system you want us to set up.


What are the contract terms and what if it doesn’t work out?

We don’t require long-term contracts. 3 Months minimum terms and then If you’re not satisfied with your employee, we can work to recruit a more suitable employee. Or, if you’re not satisfied with our services, simply walk away. We only ask for a minimum of 30 days notice of your intent to cancel your engagement with us. This time frame runs in line with employment law in the Philippines.
